Today was a free day on the trip so I don’t technically need
to blog today… but I will. I slept in
until about 9.30 AM and Morgan, KK, Kendall, Drew, Kyle, Alex, and I went to
Termini station and dealt with our train situation for tomorrow morning. Kyle and I are taking a 9.40 train to La
Spezia. We then walked around for a
while and ended up at the Trevi Fountain again.
It was still extremely crowded. I
decided to part ways with the group and I walked around for a little bit, got
lunch, and walked down to the gates of Rome.
I hopped on the subway and headed back to the hotel. I needed to come back so I could work on the
assignment Anoop gave us; I don’t want to have to do that in Cinque Terre. I worked on the assignment and a little bit
of my thesis. We went and got another
kabob and I packed my bags for the morning. No pictures today. CAN’T WAIT FOR
CINQUE TERRE!

Tanner, I’m glad you left me out of your blog, even though I was with the group that walked to the Tervi Fountain and then ended up leaving you. I don’t know how that happened but if I had to guess, you blend in so well with the local Italians, we must have assumed you were still with us until we reached the next sunglass store and we were without our muscle back. I’m glad to hear that you made it back and were able to work on your thesis, something I have yet to do on this trip so fare.
